Quotation Terms and Conditions
We only offer finance products from a limited number of lenders, some of whom may inform you in writing if your application for finance has been successful. Please note we may receive payment(s) or other benefits from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.
It is important that you check your quotation thoroughly to make sure you are happy with the type of product, model, specification, colour, transmission, fuel type, any fees which are applicable and pricing details are correct. If you are not certain of any aspects of leasing a vehicle please speak with one of our Sales Advisors for clarification.
We use a 3rd party to supply vehicle specification for our website, we do make every effort for this information to be correct however this information should only be used as a guide and a decision shouldn’t be made to order a vehicle until you have confirmed the information via a franchised dealer or the manufacturers own website.
Pricing – Rentals are subject to change by the manufacturer and the funder. We have the right to pass these price changes on.
Monthly Payments – These are taken by direct debit monthly by your finance provider
Initial payment – This is taken by direct debit approx. 7-10 days after you take delivery of your new vehicle. This is non-refundable
Maintenance – This can be added as part of your vehicle finance. Please be aware that without a maintenance package you are responsible for all servicing and maintenance costs that is required throughout your agreement in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Maintenance packages do not include vehicle glass, accident damage and misuse.
Excess mileage Charge – This is shown as pence per mile, which is charged to yourself at the end of the agreement if you go over your contracted mileage.
Lead times – This is the estimated timescale for delivery of your new vehicle which is provided to us by our dealerships. Unfortunately, from time to time the lead times of vehicles can change through no fault of Ryders of Warrington, there maybe delays at the factory or at the port. If this was to occur we would inform you of the delay to make any necessary arrangements. Ryders of Warrington will not accept responsibility for any manufacturer delays and are unable to provide a hire car due to this.
Early Termination – If you wish to early terminate your agreement, please contact your finance provider and they will request a settlement figure for you. Please be aware this can be quite costly
End of the contract – At the end of your contract the vehicle is to be returned back to the finance provider. Please contact them at least 3 weeks before the end of your agreement to arrange this. They will carry out an inspection and any damages occurred will be charged to yourself. For guidelines on fair, wear and tear please see our guide.
